1. What did you eat for breakfast?
A delicious Dutch Baby pancake. Because it is Saturday and I had all the time in the world making breakfast while chatting with my mom!
2. How much water do you drink a day?
It depends. I would guess approximately 3-4 litres depending on how active I am. On that note, I only drink tap water and I prefer my water lukewarm. Yes, lukewarm! Cold water makes my stomach hurt!
3. What is your current favorite workout?
It would normally be a tie between running and Bodypump but I am not loving the latest release of Bodypump. So definitely running!
4. What are your favorite healthy snacks?
Give me all the fruit and vegetables: apples, pears, freshly picked strawberries, pineapple, pitaya, grapes, peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes.
5 What do you usually eat for lunch?
Gotta love leftovers. I always make sure to make enough so I can eat leftovers for days!
6. Do you take vitamins or supplements?
No, I don’t believe in taking vitamins or supplements. The only time I take supplements (e.g. Echinacea, zinc) is when I am sick with a cold or flu. Whether or not it does anything for me, I don’t know. Nonetheless, it makes me feel better to take something to help fight off sickness.
7. How often do you eat out?
Usually about once a week, sometimes twice. After being deprived of eating out for literally years, it is always fun to go and explore the unlimited amount of restaurants Calgary has to offer.
8. Do you drink alcohol?
Yes and no. The honest answer would be occasionally but usually only when I get peer pressured into it. I’m not a big fan of drinking and would much rather go out for a delicious Americano than a Cocktail. Why don’t I like alcohol? Firstly, I don’t like the way it makes me feel. Secondly, I know some people who undeniably have an issue with their consumption but lack the common sense to quit.
